AS you know I had a bit of a procedure a couple of weeks ago where my heart was stopped and re-started. It all went fabulously, the difference it makes is amazing! If any of your friends or relatives have to have it (cardio-version) advise them not to worry, they will feel GREAT afterwards. I took week's leave to recover (internal politics) and now I'm back firing on all four cylinders.
I should have updated earlier there is no excuse, just laziness. I have been doing a bit of modelling. It's a great way to relax.

It's good to be back and have time to model and blog after a rush at work.
